Dominion was formed in 2001 as a joint venture between Ben Cooke and a major Channel Island law firm.  The law firm was bought out in 2006 allowing Dominion to provide a service to its clients, who are largely based in the financial services sector, truly independent of any outside interests.  The company employs over 100 staff in offices located in Jersey, London and Malta. The majority of senior staff are qualified accountants, tax advisers, lawyers and bankers.
